Damage Packages and Return Policy
Heritage Hockey takes extreme care in packaging all shipments. However, damages may occur from time to time in the shipping process due to circumstances beyond our control. Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, please keep all original packaging material to be used for the return of the product. Any damage or shortage claims must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Damages can be reported through any of the following methods:
